This project involved replacement of various units throughout this Nursing facility, A thirty ton split unit was installed at the back of the building, included full ductwork and hot water coil that now services the whole first floor inclusive of offices, public hallways and facility rooms.

Two five ton split units with hot water heat were installed into the first floor bingo room to provide a temperature controlled environment to suit the lifestyle of it’s occupants and another seven and a half ton unit was installed in the physiotherapy room to replace worn out equipment.

Associated service work included repairs to the boiler, controls and chimney , and servicing all the PTAC units in the bedrooms.
