This new beachside condo building in Brooklyn has sixteen modern residential apartments with eighteen foot ceilings . Each one was fitted with split central units for heating and air conditioning. Line diffusers were used for a streamlined look.

The parking garages under the building are heated with Reznor space heaters for comfort during the winter months.
