What is included in a commercial service plan?
- Parts and labor – repairing and replacement of parts that are commonly in need of repair or replacement and labor costs are pre covered (performed by trained technicians that would usually cost $150 per hour!)

- One free annual tune up- a thorough checking and cleaning of your unit on the inside and out to optimize performance levels

Systems covered by the service plan include:*
- Air conditioning systems - These include Central Air conditioners and Indoor Air systems For Cooling Only or Heating and Cooling
- Heating and Water heating systems - For heating only
* This Service Plan covers units upto and including five tons.
Units that are bigger than this must be covered by a Premium Service Plan
