Tips to help you during the planning process

• avoid using just the equipment brand name and efficiency.
• during the early planning stages of the project, address the total heating, cooling and ventilation system prior to finalizing the drawings.
• ensure that the furnace and air conditioner is sized correctly.
• make sure the air distribution system be properly designed so the required volume of air is delivered to the individual living spaces of your home.
