Complete replacement of equipment was necessary in this Nursing home due to their corroded condition. All old equipment was removed and replaced with fifty four rooftop packages ranging from five tons to fifteen tons, installed on five rooftops and connected through ducts to the hallways and facilities.
All units are now working efficiently giving adequate heat during the winter and cooling during the summer.
