Plan and Spec Installation in warehouse retail space

This plan and spec central installation for this 10 000 ft warehouse space with 16 ft ceilings was commissioned for the PETCO store that is situatied behind Wallgreens at college Point shopping center in Queens. The project involved the installation of 3 lennox 15 ton split units and one 7.5 ton Aeon make up air unit.

These central splits were installed in the ceiling plenum with piping connected to the condensing units on the roof . The controls for this project are integrated with the internet allowing for flexibility of temp control from multiple locations.

Exhaust ducting and fresh air ducting was applied.

This Plan and spec job was finished well before the deadline for opening!
