A Service and Tune Up (PTU) is a basic method of maintenance for your unit. It is pre seasonal and performed annually or twice a year . The unit is cleaned and checked and serviced to encourage healthy function and optimize its ability to work when needed.

What to expect from a service and tune - up?

Before summer (and Winter, for a heating and cooling unit) a technician will visit your premises to check and clean your equipment , It will be put through a thorough testing to ensure there are no defects, and all filters are cleaned.
