Power air has installed central units for heating and cooling , for this chain of restaurants that are opening across the USA. Depending on the size, nature and location of the branch, the units could be water cooled , air cooled or rooftop in type. In this restaurant, long tables are set down the middle of the store as well as side tables for a relaxed ambience. Square ducting was left exposed and painted terracotta to match the shop interior.
Added features include burner air curtains fitted above the restaurant entrance to ensure minimal heat or cold loss to the outside with the incoming and outgoing client traffic. Extra tonnage was used to ensure a consistent temperature throughout the restaurant at all seasons , and to accommodate the heat from the Pizzeria style bakery that lies adjoining the eating area.
