The Tilden Project was the supply and installation of the HVAC for a nine storey HUD building ( run by the Government programme for the Homeless.) At forty eight apartments per building, all public spaces and hallways were supplied with with central split units. Four Slantfin modular boilers at 500 000 BTU each, were installed for heating.

A boiler system was installed to heat up each apartment get brand name tomorrow and a generator was added in the basement for emergency use such as electricity outages and shortages.
