Four York rooftop packages 30 tons each, were installed on the roof to provide full HVAC for this warehouse store with offices. 8000 sq ft per floor In the Warehouse store spiral ducting was applied to create a commercial look running down middle of the ceiling while drop ceiling grilles concealed ductwork for a more finished effect in the offices.
