This was the first major replacement of HVAC equipment to this five floor Nursing facility. All old units were replaced with two 30 ton and one 25 ton rooftop unit to service public spaces from the first to the fifth floor.

All units are air cooled and fitted with remote sensors for more accurate comfort settings. Ductwork:
Old rusted sheetmetal on the rooftop was replaced with new custom made ductwork which has been insulated with flexclad to prevent rust.
